As a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending, you will be the customer's chief point of contact throughout the life of the loan, with support from the Home Lending team. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting the financial products offered by Chase, and you will have an opportunity to grow your career and make a meaningful impact on the business.

Job Responsibilities

• Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
• Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
• Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and outreach efforts (e.g., direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing).
• Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and works within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
• Builds the role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers.
• Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer's financial needs and goals.

Licensing and Regulatory

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank / Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment offers are contingent on review of criminal history, credit, and information available through NMLS. Felony convictions within the last seven years will disqualify from consideration. Employment is contingent upon compliance with Truth in Lending Act / Dodd-Frank Loan Originator requirements and successful NMLS registration and annual renewal where applicable.

National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act is required upon active employment. You will be required to register or update your existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including timely renewal, is required for continued employment. Review of information you provide may be shared with NMLS.
