A company is looking for a Strategic Growth Vice President.

Key Responsibilities

Leads and manages execution of complex, enterprise-wide initiatives aligned with strategic growth and business performance

Translates strategic objectives into defined workstreams with accountable owners, deliverables, and timelines

Collaborates with stakeholders to advance academic plans, drive innovation, and support strategic partnerships

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, health administration, or related field preferred

Typically requires 10 years of leadership experience in academic health systems or strategic planning

Experience in cross-functional leadership and initiative management in complex organizations

Familiarity with academic medical center operations and innovation pipelines

Understanding of enterprise growth strategy and portfolio management frameworks
