We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Client Relations Manager.
As an Entry Level Client Relations Manager at Ultimate Charities, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and maximizing their fundraising efforts through events.

Responsibilities : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with non-profit clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the event fundraising process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, objectives, and preferences for fundraising events, and provide personalized support and guidance accordingly.
Assist clients in planning, organizing, and executing successful fundraising events, including coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and overseeing event operations.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance event fundraising strategies and maximize revenue generation for clients. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client communications, event details, and fundraising outcomes, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams, including event planning, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of client events.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event fundraising, and share insights and recommendations with clients to support their success.
Ideal Candidate : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information and ideas.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
