Student Account Consultant I

Drake University's Office of Student Accounts seeks applications for the Student Account Consultant I position. The Office of Student Accounts embraces Drake's core value of "All in This Together" as the staff work collaboratively to provide in-depth customer service to Drake's students, families, colleagues, and third parties regarding student financial accounts under FERPA regulations. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and have a desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma / GED or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years customer service-related experience with a focus in effective in-person and electronic communication.
• Ability to handle confidential / sensitive information with discretion.
