Responsibilities :

• Analyze current accounting workflows to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and document standardized procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial operations.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes for faster and more accurate reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in maintaining the general ledger by ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
• Create and update departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs) to promote consistency.
• Provide recommendations for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in key accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
• Strong skills in preparing journal entries and reconciling bank statements.
• Experience in documenting and standardizing processes and procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify process inefficiencies.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
