What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and / or site supervisors regarding any unusual activity, incidents, or security-related concerns observed during patrols.

Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities according to company and site procedures.

Assist with access control processes, helping to verify identification and authorization for individuals entering the premises as required by site protocols.

Support emergency response activities and procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal policies.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
