A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist who will administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits programs
Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and develop communication materials
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Approximately 5 years of experience in benefits administration or human resources
Strong understanding of benefits programs and relevant compliance laws
Familiarity with HRIS systems and benefits administration software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
