A financial services company in NYC is looking to fill an immediate need with the addition of a new Operations Associate to their growing team.
This is a fully onsite opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite 5 days a week
Responsibilities :
The Operations Associate will :
- Client Onboarding
- Trade Processing
- Trade Reconciliation
- Trade Settlement
- Trade Reporting
- Soft Dollar Reconciliation
- Options and Special Trading Client invoicing and collection
- System Data Maintenance
- Real-Time Requests
Qualifications :
- Capability to prioritize and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized individual with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to balance tactical and strategic thinking
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with high levels of ownership, and driven to achieve
- Must be able to take direction and multitask during the trading day
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of Fidessa, Bloomberg and third party clearing a plus but not required
- 1-2 years of relevant experience is helpful but not required
Desired Skills :
- Series 99 Licensure
- Microsoft Excel expertise
