About the Role :
As our SMB Account Manager, you'll be the face and voice of Sealed Air for our small and medium-sized business customers. You will own and grow customer relationships by delivering exceptional service, strategic insights, and value-driven recommendations. From onboarding new customers to growing wallet share with existing accounts, you'll have a critical role in fueling our regional success. This is more than a sales role - it's an opportunity to work cross-functionally and become an integral player in our high-performance sales ecosystem. What You'll Do :
Qualifications :
You hold a Bachelor's degree (Business preferred) or bring equivalent experience to the table. Eager to launch your career in sales or account management; internship, project, or customer-facing experience is a plus. You're tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce or SAP C4C) and Microsoft Office Suite. You're an excellent communicator who listens deeply, thinks critically, and presents ideas clearly. You bring a strong business sense and can translate technical offerings into customer value. You're goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated by achievement. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across teams. You're curious by nature and always looking for ways to add more value.

Pay Transparency : Remote : Yes Total Target Compensation (Base + Commission) $61,488 - $76,272. The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined by considering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment. This position may also be eligible for annual performance bonuses and other incentive programs.
