The Resident Assistant has fullresponsibility for direct resident care.This includes assistancewith activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal carehelping residents participate in their daily activity program andsome laundry and housekeeping tasks.
Assists resident with allpersonal care skills (bathing dressing grooming toileting).Makesappropriate observations about the residents condition in everyinteraction with the resident.
Reports information to theappropriate person in a correct time frame according to companypolicy.Records and follows up with changes in residents conditionin a timely manner.
Records omission of services in the residentservice plan and follows up as appropriate according to companypolicy.Assists residents with laundry and housekeeping services asneeded.
We seek a candidate with two years demonstrated experiencein a caregiving role. Current CNA or Home Health Aidepreferred.
