We’re seeking a Senior Media Director to lead client strategy and media planning for an independent media agency. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on experience across performance and brand channels.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships and guide media strategy tied to business outcomes.

Oversee planning and execution across paid social, programmatic, display, and video / CTV.

Partner with analytics and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Mentor and grow a team of media professionals.

Qualifications

10-12+ years in media / advertising with expertise in performance media.

Proven experience leading multimillion-dollar client relationships.

Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-level interactions.

Experience with DTC, CPG, or retail media a plus.

Details

Salary range : $140,000-160,000
