Join Our Team at Envision Center – Make a Meaningful Impact as a Full-Time Behavior Technician (BT)

Envision Center is a growing autism center in Minnesota dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate ABA therapy to children and families. We’re looking for dependable, motivated, and caring individuals to join our team as full-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and help support children on the autism spectrum in developing critical life skills.

What You'll Do :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy to children in a supportive, center-based setting

Implement behavior plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Help clients build skills in communication, independence, and social interaction

Collect session data and report observations to your clinical supervisor

Who We're Looking For :

Passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities

Reliable, responsible, and eager to learn and grow in the field

Experience working with children (preferred but not required)

Some college coursework or current enrollment (preferred)

Able to pass a background check and health screenings

✅ Required Qualifications :

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or GED

Optional but Recommended : National certifications such as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) may substitute for some training requirements and are encouraged for growth in the field.

Ability to pass a DHS background check and health screening

Willingness to complete required trainings within 6 months of hire , including :

EIDBI 101 : Overview of the Benefit

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
