MUST HAVE SNF EXPERIENCE FOR A 100 br. PT needed 6-8 hours a day. M-F. 90 Productivity. 13-week or 26-week need. 4 hours of unbillable orientation. 1200 completion bonus after a 26-week contract and a 200 gift card to the agency. Will cover two facilities
