Match Charter Public School is a free, high‑performing charter public school in Boston serving 1,250 students PreK‑12. Our mission is to prepare students for success in college and careers, fostering economic security and mobility. We admit students by an annual blind public lottery open to all Boston residents.

MAT Program Overview

The Match Associate Teacher (MAT) Program launches aspiring educators into teaching careers, especially those sharing key identity intersections with our students. The program runs one academic year (August 1 – July 31), with the possibility of a second‑year extension for MATs who demonstrate strong potential for continued growth.
