The Senior Technical Support Analyst - Intune is responsible for the design, development, and support of technology solutions that serve a diverse user base across the organization. The role supports the full lifecycle of system implementation, including analyzing business needs, designing user-focused solutions, testing, documentation, and ongoing support.

Deep understanding of managing Windows computers using Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deploymentPackage and deploy applications using Intune, ensuring proper distribution, configuration, and meeting security standardsCreate and manage configuration profiles to enforce settings and restrictions on devicesStrong scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customizationSystems analysis, including collaborating with users and application of industry knowledge to determine functional requirements for new computer systems and system enhancementsExercise independent judgement and logic in prioritization of tasks and developing solutions to technical problemsAdhere to and identify potential shortcomings related to SOX and PCI requirements and inform staff on established Company policyDocument and share knowledge with staff and other team membersRemain current on industry changes and advancements in technology25% Systems Support & Administration
