Commercial Credit Group Inc (CCG) is an independent national commercial equipment finance and leasing company focused on purchase money and refinance transactions in the construction, fleet transportation, waste / environmental and machine tool industries. We source our transactions through end-users, equipment vendors and manufacturers. Our typical transaction size ranges from $100,000 to $2,500,000. We employ a traditional self-originate and hold business model. Since inception in 2004, CCG has originated over $3 billion of finance receivables.

CCG has an Insurance Administrator position available in its Charlotte, NC office.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Collaborate cross functionally with fellow employees and management to maintain current and complete insurance files.
• Maintain physical insurance files, imaging system, and LeasePlus system.
• Prepare and send insurance requests, demand letters, and default letters.
• Routine follow up by phone, fax, and email with customers, sales force, and insurance agents to ensure current, proper certificates are on file.
• Review of existing insurance files as needed to ensure certificates comply with company requirements.
• Receive all incoming physical, electronic and other insurance correspondence and immediately process renewals and cancellations.
• Prepare weekly reports to monitor follow up and prepare monthly reports to present to management.
• Assist in maintenance and imaging of loan, credit, notification and correspondence documents.
• In addition this position may involve understanding and department of motor vehicle title work and related title documents.
