Senior Partner Solutions Manager

As the Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you will work with a Partner Solutions Director to creative excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for internal accounts. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to strategic planning, oversee creative initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative work while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership : Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Creative Leadership : Champion creative vision and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and exceed expectations.
  • Team Support and Mentorship : Guide and support the creative team in delivering innovative and impactful work, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Project Oversight : Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and escalating challenges to the Director as needed.
  • Strategic Collaboration : Work closely with the Director to develop and implement account plans that align with business priorities.
  • Campaign and Content Development : Collaborate with field and brand marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing content that drive results.
  • Operational Support : Streamline processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Performance Reporting : Support the preparation of performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving : Approach challenges with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure client needs are met.

What You'll Bring : Strong creative judgment with a proven ability to deliver innovative and impactful work. Ability to align creative approaches with broader business goals and client priorities. Experience managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. A meticulous approach to quality control for both digital and print materials. 5-7 years in a creative or marketing leadership role, with experience in real estate or a regulated industry preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders. Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
