Our client in Agawam, MA, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Payable Clerk for a contract-to-permanent opportunity. Ensure vendor payments are accurate and timely. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end close processes related to accounts payable. Partner with internal teams and vendors for smooth payment processing. Support AP Automation initiatives as needed.
Required Skills : Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines and manage workflow efficiently. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Experience working in accounts payable or related area. Preferred Software Experience : Microsoft Business Central (preferred but not required). AP Automation with DayHaven (preferred but not required).
