This position will perform advanced clerical and administrative support duties, including data entry, record keeping, document preparation, and correspondence. Assists with processing forms, maintaining files, and providing customer service to internal and external individuals. May handle confidential information and work under limited supervision to ensure compliance with state policies and procedures. Supports departmental operations through accurate and timely clerical work.

Annual Salary Range : $36,015.70 - $46,608.55
A Competitive Area Differential (CAD) additive in the amount of $1,268.80 will be added to the annual salary.
Your specific responsibilities include preparing personnel actions, coordinating with the District Human Resource (HR) office, performing administrative support duties, reviewing and distributing mail, coordinating conferences and meetings, and providing support in the annual inventory process.
The successful candidate will have the following required knowledge, skills, and abilities : knowledge of office procedures and practices, budget management, records and files management; skills in reading, understanding and applying rules, regulations, policies, and procedures; and the ability to communicate effectively, establish working relationships, collect information, and use office equipment and software applications.
Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or certificate of high school equivalency.
