Invoicing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Invoicing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Generate and process invoices for services rendered using specialized billing software.
• Accurately input and verify billing information to ensure data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and comprehensive billing records, including digital and physical documentation.
• Produce and analyze billing reports to monitor accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with various internal departments, such as accounting and operations, to optimize billing workflows.
• Investigate and resolve any billing-related issues, including discrepancies or service-related concerns.
• Ensure all invoicing activities adhere to company policies and relevant industry regulations.
