Computer Repair Technician
Core Competencies :
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair devices within an allotted time frame

- Communication : ability to ask questions and listen to customers in order to find out the issue, explain the problem in a clear and understandable way, and give them options for repair or replacement.

Hiring Requirements :
- Minimum two years' experience working within the repair industry; preferably "Apple Ecosystem"
- Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
- Physical skill requirements Vision / hand-eye coordination to perform repairs Lift 25 Lbs.
- Good vision / hand-eye coordination
- Own reliable transportation / Valid Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check / drug test
- Professional appearance
Previous Work Experience :
- Retail experience recommended but not required 2+ years in electronic repair location Proven ability to meet and exceed repair goals
