KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Chief Financial Officer organization.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, including revenue, expense and profitability analysis
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-range planning and strategic initiatives
• Conduct in-depth variance analysis of actuals versus budget / forecast and provide actionable insights to management
• Serve as a key finance partner to business unit leaders, offering financial guidance and support for decision-making
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving performance improvements
• Assist in formulating business strategies and advise on key business assumptions, challenges and opportunities, while developing and enhancing management reporting for better business performance insights and performing ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as needed
