Overview

Boqueria Restaurant Group is seeking a talented Culinary professional to lead a high-functioning back-of-house team in an upscale setting. The role focuses on culinary excellence, team leadership, and operational profitability.

Responsibilities

• Excited to lead a high-functioning BOH team
• Ability to manage food and labor costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure DOH standards are always followed
• Demonstrate culinary skills and knowledge to execute to the highest standards
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food handling practices
• Understand the financial implications of operational decisions
• Order products and schedule labor within budget
• Form and lead a strong BOH team
• Possess basic computer and written communication skills
• Organize, prioritize, and anticipate needs
• Communicate effectively
• Maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
• Must be at least 18 years old
