Corporate Finance Director

A company is looking for a Director of Corporate Finance and Restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute engagements in corporate recovery, restructuring, and distressed M&A

Develop turnaround strategies and evaluate potential restructuring and financing alternatives

Manage project teams and oversee the development of financial models and client deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in investment banking or restructuring advisory

Proven track record in business development and transaction sourcing

In-depth understanding of corporate recoveries and restructuring processes

Flexibility to work from home while collaborating in person half the time
