HonorVet Technologies is seeking a LPN / LVN Long Term Care for a local contract job in Chicopee, Massachusetts.

Job Title : LPN

Facility : Westover Job Corps Center

Location : 103 Johnson Road, Chicopee, MA 01022

Contract Duration : 35 days with an option to extend the contract until a full-time employee is hired

Shift : 5x8 / 40 hours Per weeks

Pay rate : $30 - $32 / hr on W2

Requirements :

Participate in medical exams of students

Collect blood and urine specimens (phlebotomy)

Screen patients and refer to appropriate medical staff

Record and report vital signs and symptoms

Provide first aid and assist physicians during exams

Administer prescribed medications

Maintain medical records, equipment, and supplies

Promote health and safety initiatives on campus
