First Merchants Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager for our team! This full-time position will focus on providing exceptional customer service by being responsive, knowledgeable, and exceeding customer expectations. Maintaining and building relationships with customers and the ongoing management of client portfolios will be first and foremost for this role.

As part of this role you will :

• Provide excellent customer service by :

Developing new and nurturing a high number of existing relationships.

Remaining current and updated on developing trends.

Embracing technology to process and service clients and customers.

To be successful in this position, we require the following :

A minimum of one (1) year of commercial banking or related experience.

Note : The seniority level of this Relationship Manager role can be increased for candidates with a greater amount of experience.
