Admissions Intake Schedule :

Admissions Intake Details :
Clinical Assessment of patients in crisis to determine level of care need such as admission to the hospital or referral to outpatient servicesReview patient referrals from area hospitals for possible admission to AGBH servicesPatient Registration and facilitating patients throught the admissions processInsurance Verification / AuthorizationGeneral Office duties, e.
g. copying, scanning, building patient charts
Job Requirements :
- The Intake NURSE MUST have an RN Degree or a Master's in Social Work, LMFT, CMHC
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Comfortable using a computer
- Adaptable and willing to jump in and help as needed
- Able to work productively when the pace is fast or when it slows down
- Spanish helpful, but not required
