Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst (Remote - PST Hours).

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned to business objectives

Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports

Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field

8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting

5 to 8 years of experience building end-to-end dashboards

Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools

Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
