Pashman Stein Walder Hayden seeks a full-time senior associate, counsel, or partner level Trusts & Estates candidate to join the firm to be based in Hackensack, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 8+ years of experience with Trusts & Estates, including, drafting all estate planning documents (Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Healthcare Proxies, Living Wills), charitable and tax planning and related documents, and trust and estate administration.

Requirements :

A portable book of business and NJ Bar membership is required. New York Bar membership is a plus.
