Regional Director
ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. The Regional Director oversees facilities management across multiple sites within the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and client satisfaction. This role provides strategic leadership, manages P&L, and fosters a culture of safety and collaboration. The Regional Director partners with internal leadership and client stakeholders to align operations with business objectives and sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership&Operations
- Oversee all aspects of facilities management, including hard and soft services, preventive maintenance, and asset management.
- Develop and execute regional action plans to deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement, and cost optimization.
- Align facilities operations with business objectives and sustainability goals.
- Financial&Business Performance
- Lead regional P&L management, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to budget targets.
- Conduct budget analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives without compromising safety or quality.
- Compliance&Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with government, environmental, and safety regulations.
- Monitor adherence to SLAs and KPIs across all accounts.
- Support audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
- People Leadership&Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of facilities professionals.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability.
- Foster professional growth through coaching and succession planning.
- Client&Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, internal business partners, and vendors.
- Demonstrate proactive communication and responsiveness.

Qualifications
Education : bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Travel is required up to 50%.
Experience :
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in facilities and hard services managementProven success managing multiple sites or departments with strong P&L and budget management experience.Experience in contract-managed services preferred (e.g., IFM, operations, maintenance).Demonstrated record of strategic planning, operational delivery, and team leadership.Skills&Competencies :
