Pay Range : $18.00 - $19.50 per hour (Non-exempt)

About the Role :

As a Team Member, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves in creating consistent and high quality products and a warm and inviting ambiance. Team Members always strive to provide extraordinary service to all customers, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours / week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Job Responsibilities :

• Serving our customers and community empathetically to understand their needs through clear communication
• Ensuring accurate processing of cash and card transactions
• Consistently prepare high-quality products precisely to company's recipes and each customer's needs
• Adapting and following instructions using adequate comprehension skills
• Adhering to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out)
• Reporting to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift
• Communicating effectively and proactively with management and team members
• Performing all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor
• Developing a familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups
