We want every customer to have access to financing for their dream ride. We have an immediate need for a Product Development Specialist to join our team located in Beverly, MA. You will support the loan originations needs for the organization for Motorcycle, Powersports, RV and Marine assets. This role is ONSITE Monday to Friday 8am-5pm or 830am -530pm.

Make a difference as a Product Development Specialist

As a Product Development Specialist at Ironhorse Funding LLC, you will play a crucial role in shaping our Loan Origination Software (LOS) strategy to meet the evolving demands of our business and the recreational lending market. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and optimizing our current technology setup to enhance productivity while ensuring compliance with Federal and State Regulations. You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather functional requirements, implement essential changes, and troubleshoot system issues for timely resolutions.

By performing system configurations such as workflows and user permissions, you'll help maintain alignment with lending processes across various departments, including underwriting, compliance, and IT. Your expertise will also contribute to the management of the Decision Lender strategy, guiding product development from ideation to launch , while training staff and dealers to maximize the functionality of our solutions.
