Inside Quote Specialist

STS Technical Services is hiring an Inside Quote Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin to support the sales team by preparing accurate and timely quotes for both new and returning customers. This is a 100% on-site role, ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, technical understanding, and the ability to interpret customer specifications and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare detailed sales quotes based on customer specifications and project requirements

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotes meet scope, budget, and delivery expectations

Analyze blueprints, part dimensions, and other technical data to generate accurate pricing

Apply a broad understanding of processes and procedures to create cost-effective solutions

Work independently on varied assignments requiring sound judgment and technical insight

Manage multiple quote requests within tight deadlines while maintaining precision and accuracy

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Previous experience in manufacturing or technical quoting is a plus

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required

Comfortable interpreting blueprints and dimensional drawings

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
