Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Applications and Integrations Manager to lead enterprise technology strategies and ensure seamless integration across platforms. Based in San Diego, California, this role focuses on driving operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and maintaining secure, compliant systems to support evolving business needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to optimizing IT processes.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute technology strategies to align with business goals and requirements.
• Manage the lifecycle of enterprise applications, data platforms, and integration services.
• Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and system reliability.
• Oversee compliance, security, and process adherence across systems.
• Identify process improvements, cost savings, and new technologies.
• Research emerging technologies and implement pilot programs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and service teams.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, including hiring and performance evaluations.
• Define and maintain IT service management processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate outsourced services.
