WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
The Solutions Engineering Team at Box includes solutions engineers, value engineering, platform solution engineering, enterprise architects, and demo engineering. As Solutions Engineering Manager, you will mentor, lead, and strengthen a team of sales engineers in your region. You will partner with area Sales Directors to strategize on accounts, brainstorm solutions, and help architect a long-term vision for customers. You will be a critical liaison between customers, partners, and our Product and Engineering teams—providing feedback and working on internal projects to deepen Box’s competitive advantage. You should be a high-performing leader with a track record of mentoring and growing talent in solutions engineering.
This role will lead a team in the West region and work with Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts to retain and expand Box footprints.
