Position Summary :
This position serves as the support role for the Project Management teams and Preconstruction Teams. Responsibilities range from project planning, scheduling, budgeting, contracting, project engineering, execution and closeout.
Responsibilities :
- Support all aspects of construction project(s) from pursuit, estimating / proposal and ultimately execution / closeout
- Assist in project document control, RFI's, submittals, procurement and maintain drawing revisions
- Support field team as necessary
- Prepare weekly OAC meeting agenda, minutes and distribution
- Prepare, review and distribute end of week customer updates
- Lead the close out process
- Interface with subcontractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials and customers
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree, ideally in construction related field2+ years of construction related experienceFluent and ability to understand construction drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with construction management software, Procore.Deadline and detail-oriented
