We are looking for a talented Senior Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about quality, have a strong background in Agile / Scrum methodologies, and experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, we would love to hear from you.

Senior Test Engineer Responsibilities Test Planning and Design : Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on requirements and design documents.

Ensure thorough coverage of functional, integration, and regression testing. Test Execution : Execute test cases, report defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.

Perform both manual and automated testing. Agile / Scrum Participation : Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software. Jira Management : Use Jira for tracking defects, user stories, and test cases.

Maintain clear and concise documentation of test activities and outcomes. SQL Queries : Write and execute SQL queries to validate data, perform backend testing, and ensure data integrity across various systems.

SDLC / STLC : Follow best practices in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Healthcare / Pharma Compliance : Ensure all testing activities comply with healthcare / pharmaceutical regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.

Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and implement solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA team.

Senior Test Engineer Top REQUIREMENTS Hands-on experience and strong understanding of SDLC and STLC on Agile Scrum environments Experience on clinical data management systems.

Quick understanding and self-ownership Hands-on experience in Agile and Waterfall Methodologies. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Similar systems Hands on experience in Healthcare / Pharma background is preferred.

Senior Test Engineer Additional Duties and REQUIREMENTS Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure they meet user requirements.

Extensive experience on different types of testing that includes Functional testing, System Integration testing, Regression testing and UAT.

Experience in Agile / Scrum Environments on multiple Projects. Experience in developing test plans, strategies, and test Scenarios.

Create, execute, and maintain test cases and test scripts. Collaborate with the development team to address and resolve identified issues in a timely manner.

Expertise in using JIRA / Excel for writing the Test Cases and tracking the Defects. Hands on Experience using SQL queries.

Participate in Defect Triaging during Major releases and tracking the Defects. Perform Smoke testing to ensure that new changes or updates do not affect existing functionalities.

Good Knowledge on qTest. Excellent Communication skills-Verbal and written. Years of experience / education and / or certifications required : 6-9yrs as a software Test Engineer.
