Description :
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and be able to work productively in a team environment.
This job requires the ability to multi-task and prioritize with a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of the medical field and of insurance is a plus.
Tasks will include appointment scheduling, answering multi-line phones, reconciling charges, insurance verification, obtaining pre-authorizations and general office administrative work.
Primary job duties will be in person screening of patients. This PSR will need to be thorough in asking and checking information to ensure the patients' safety before entering an MRI or CT scan.
Volume of phone calls will be lower than other PSRs' expectations
