Fitness Instructor
Are you a fitness enthusiast who enjoys sharing your knowledge in a fun and engaging way through class instruction? You could be the ideal candidate for our next fitness instructor! Our fitness studio is opening in January and we are forming our first group of instructors who have experience teaching formats in Pilates, barre, yoga and stretch / recovery classes.
We believe in moving smarter, not harder and empowering our members to meet their fitness goals, feel good and be ready to come back for more!

Compensation :
$45 per class + commissions
Responsibilities :
- Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions
- Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests
- Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe
- Provide excellent customer services according to company standards
- Employ the use of social media and networking to promote studio programs, classes, and new memberships
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
- This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service
- Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
- Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
- Ability to work closely with others and inspire through movement

Group classes include Pilates mat, barre, yoga, yoga sculpt, Low Impact Interval Training and recovery / stretch. Recovery therapies include infrared sauna, red light and salt therapy, compression, and PEMF.
Retail will include athleisure wear and supplements that fuel the body to thrive.
