Location : Remote Must reside within commutable distance to Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Washington D.C. Compensation : + Los Angeles / Washington D.C. : $90,000$120,000 annually + San Francisco : $100,000$130,000 annually + Status : Full-time, Non-Exempt

Overview : We're seeking a Risk & Compliance Analyst II to support firmwide risk management, governance, and compliance initiatives. In this role, you'll partner with technology, operations, and legal teams to ensure adherence to internal controls, client guidelines, and regulatory standards. This position is part of the Information Security and Governance (ISG) team and plays a key role in client security assessments, vendor risk management, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and enhance firmwide risk and compliance frameworks aligned with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
• Conduct vendor risk and security assessments, manage remediation tracking, and maintain vendor databases.
• Support audits, client security reviews, and policy compliance initiatives.
• Respond to privacy inquiries and document compliance issues and incidents.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen operational, technical, and data governance controls.
