Role Overview : In this position, you will provide essential in-store merchandising support to retailers, ensuring that shoppers' needs are met effectively. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Building attractive displays and end caps
  • Resetting shelves with proper product rotation
  • Tracking inventory to optimize sales opportunities

This role involves significant travel, with up to 50% or more required, offering you the chance to visit various locations.

    • About You :

  • You possess a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor when interacting with customers and management
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You are capable of performing physical work, including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • You have reliable transportation to and from job locations
  • You demonstrate outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
  • You are excited about traveling both within and outside your home state, with overnight hotel stays
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a pragmatic approach to action and results
  • You can work independently but also thrive in team environments
  • You have a safety-first mentality in a retail setting
