The Warehouse Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of leading a team, managing schedules, and handling various operational tasks to maintain smooth warehouse functions

Most critical part of the job responsibilities; requires most of the employee's time and effort :

• Take directions from Operations Manager and create the daily / weekly production schedule.
• Direct, lead and hold accountable the warehouse team for daily tasks / responsibilities.
• Manage daily / weekly workload with balanced staff.
• Supplement staff in receiving and order processing as needed.
• Train new onboarding personnel.
• Manage calibration records for all inspection equipment.
• Notify purchasing of non-conformances and work with them on returns.
• Assist division in preparation for audit.
• Performs and oversee specific projects and programs assigned.
• Participates in Safety and Quality training and meetings.
• Ensure personnel have completed training in QT9.
• Manage weekly / monthly checklist.
• Control of Hazmat and necessary pick-up coordination.
• Notify Operations Manager for scrap pick up coordination.
• Participates in cycle counts.
