Job Description
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to grow your client portfolio and expand market reach.
Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients and candidates.
Provide market insights and advice to clients to assist in strategic decision-making.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, contributing to team success.
Stay informed about industry trends and leverage insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Recruitment Consultant should have :
Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets and building relationships.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage effectively with clients and candidates.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for providing exceptional service and creating positive outcomes for clients and candidates.
Knowledge of the business services industry is a plus but not required.
