Royal Canin is on a mission to transform each cat and dog’s health and wellbeing.A key growth area for Royal Canin is ecommerce acceleration through our retail partners.

The Ecommerce Shopper Marketing Manager is the strategic partner to both the brand and account teams, responsible for the translation of Royal Canin and Eukanuba brand plans into ecommerce shopper plans that will drive online awareness, consideration and conversion through our retail partners Amazon, Petco and last mile On Demand Delivery.

As part of a team of marketers, this role will help develop and execute ecommerce shopper marketing programs and the search strategy specific to these retailers / partners.

In addition, the role has a dotted line to the Ecommerce Sales Director. What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline

Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in eCommerce sales / eCommerce Shopper Marketing Roles.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in managing onsite search strategy and full funnel marketing execution on Amazon.

Experience with retail media players including understanding of fundamental tenets of costs (CPMs), targeting, measurement, and optimization.

Understands core digital and ecommerce business metrics and how to optimize against them.

Must be proactive, action-oriented, and results driven.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Act as Retail Media Network expert for the organization to identify best practices and emerging trends with internal and cross segment associates, consult with shopper marketers and account teams on costs / capabilities, and evaluate and negotiate with retailer media agency and emerging trends with internal and cross segment associates.

Lead shopper marketing & retail media activities activations including developing (inclusive of developing & executing programs) and executing plans to deliver business goals for Amazon, Petco (onsite only) and last mile retailers On Demand Delivery (e.

g. Instacart, DoorDash).

Responsible for working with our eCommerce team and agency partners to define and execute the online paid search strategy, campaign optimization and reporting results for Amazon, Petco onsite and last mile delivery partners.

Influence Annual Account Business Planning for customers in scope, through full partnering with sales team, by providing actionable shopper insights and solutions that support growth objectives for customer, company and category.

Responsible for leading Amazon full funnel marketing activations including strategy and creative development with agency partners.

Partner with the Center of Acceleration to implement and report out on test and learns.

Manage Ecommerce Shopper Marketing budget (working and nonworking).
