Senior Advisor to the President and COO

We are seeking a Senior Advisor to the President & COO.

Located on-site in 100% Teleworking.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Strategic Support : Assist the ESN President & COO in developing and executing organizational strategies and initiatives across the Department of the Navy (DON).
• Business Growth : Provide critical insights and recommendations to enhance ESN's business capabilities and support achievement of annual goals and initiatives within ESN.
• Project Leadership : Lead and manage strategic projects across NAVSEA, NAVWAR, and NAVAIR-from conception through execution-ensuring alignment with ESN objectives and timelines.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DON flag officers, Senior Executive Service (SES) leaders, and industry partners, to advance ESN's mission.
• Problem Solving & Decision-Making : Address complex challenges, provide innovative solutions, and offer high-stakes decision-making support and strategic guidance to the ESN President & COO.
• Research & Analysis : Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for ESN growth and impact.
• Executive Communication : Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communications for the President & COO, ensuring clear, effective messaging to DON leadership, ESN leadership, and industry partners.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with internal ESN teams and DON program teams to ensure cohesive and effective implementation of strategies across all DON-related programs.
• Strategic Advising : Provide high-level counsel to the ESN President & COO on a broad range of strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.

Education and Experience :

Security Clearance : Must hold or be able to obtain an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
