Physically transfers materials, maintains bench stock, and handles completed assemblies / jobs between work areas or cost centers.
- Locates materials and expedites part shortages within the plant that may be required for completion of assemblies.
- Verifies and maintains stock documentation and shortage reports.
- Utilizes small hand tools and operates material handling equipment including for lifts, skids, pallet handlers, hand trucks, and the like.
- May use computer applications and computers to maintain accurate material flow transactions.
- May provide work leadership to lower level handlers.
- Assist with shipping and / or receiving responsibilities.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.

- working in a smoke free environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
- working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
