Job description2 years of Experience with customer service , or technician dispatching in a similar industry The desire to build relationships with clients, provide, and suggest helpful technical and service-related solutions and suggestions Comfortable with the responsibility of answering, directing, and managing incoming calls from clients and company employees Excellent organizational and data-entry skills Solid hourly pay + the opportunity for commission and bonuses 75% Employer-paid health and dental insurance Paid holidays and PTO Employer-matched 401k 40-hour workweek with no Overtime (7 : 30-4 : 00 M-F) Family / Employee-centric work environment with a solid, local employer Opportunity to earn more responsibility within your role and the organization

Our primary services include intrusion detection, fire / life safety, access control, video surveillance, and U.L. Listed monitoring services.
Responsibilities :
- Provide quality customer service to current residential and commercial clients
- Dispatch and schedule field service technicians for installations, inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
- Research and provide resolutions / solutions to customer inquiries and issues
- Update account information
- Take and close basic sales requests
- Verify sales and service paperwork
- General data entry and administrative paperwork
- Troubleshoot system errors / issues
