Job descriptionFantastic communication skills and excellent computer skills Typing skills at 40 wpm Experience working with Wellsky / Kinnser and HCHB preferred Bilingual preferred Filing / scanning and completing patient files Inputting referral documentation in EMR system Follow all Medicare and HIPPA regulations and requirements Provide support to Referral Development to facilitate administrative components of clinical referrals Obtain document detailed referral information from all sources (electronic, fax, email) and enter into EMR Notify Referral Development and Director of Nursing of pending referral information Welcome Calls and documentation May be required to work after hours or accept weekend on call rotation Other Duties as assigned
