Warehouse Manager

We arecommitted to delivering exceptional service and quality products toour clients and we need a dedicated individual to oversee ourwarehouseoperations.

JobResponsibilities :

Manage daytodaywarehouse operations including receiving storing and distributingflooring materials and relatedproducts.

Supervise warehouse staffincluding hiring training andscheduling.

Ensure efficientutilization of warehouse space andresources.

Implement and maintaininventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies andlosses.

Oversee shipping andreceiving activities to ensure accuracy andtimeliness.

Collaborate with otherdepartments to meet customer demands and deliveryschedules.

Maintain a safe and cleanworking environment adhering to health and safetyregulations.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similarrole.

Strong leadership skills withthe ability to motivate and develop ateam.

Excellent organizational andmultitasking abilities.

Proficient ininventory management software and MSOffice.

Knowledge of safetyregulations and procedures.

Effectivecommunication skills with the ability to collaborate acrossdepartments.

Requirements :

Must have a Drivers License and be able to pass a DOTphysical

This will require us to run a Motor Vehicle Report to make sure wecan insure you.

Be able to lift andmove heavy objects as needed

Run awarehouse forklift to include standing sit down and palletjack.
