Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and deployment of innovative automation projects tailored to specific manufacturing processes.
• Masterfully craft and resolve issues in PLCs, Fanuc robots, and machine vision frameworks from the ground up.
• Apply precision timing studies to enhance productivity metrics.
• Perform in-depth root cause analysis to identify process improvements.
• Uphold strict adherence to all industry safety protocols.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to seamlessly transition projects and manage customer interactions.
• Travel up to 40% to engage with diverse environments and projects.

Seeked Expertise

Extensive hands-on experience with Fanuc robots and Robo Guide.

Comprehensive understanding of industrial automation, including vision systems, time and reach studies, and component procurement from BOMs.

Expertise in CAD applications like Solidworks.

Proficiency with leading machine brands : Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Keyence, and Cognex.

Direct experience with site commissioning and system installations.
